About the role
You will build AI-assisted systems that move beyond demos. The work includes retrieval, evaluation, agent workflows, integrations, and the guardrails required for dependable production use.
What you will do
- Build LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, and workflow automations.
- Design evaluations for quality, latency, cost, and failure modes.
- Integrate AI systems with business tools, APIs, and structured data.
- Create monitoring and fallback strategies for production workflows.
- Explain system behavior and limitations to technical and nontechnical teams.
What we are looking for
- Strong Python skills and experience building production services.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector search.
- Understanding of prompt evaluation, retrieval quality, and structured outputs.
- Experience integrating APIs and asynchronous workflows.
- A practical approach to privacy, security, and model limitations.
Useful extras
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of voice AI, document processing, or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud queues and event-driven systems.
